Fire Department / Easter

Tuesday i had my first training session with the Natendorf fire department, which was supper cool. i got to use a fire hose and learn how to properly open a door...then we just sat around and drank... which they do a lot.. so i think it will make up for me missing ball season this year. haha

Then Easter... which was awesome in itself just having four days off..
Friday we just hung out and relaxed (the weather has been crap so a lot of reading has been done on my end)

Saturday was the Easter fire which was soooo cool it was a hung bonfire that the fire department put on with drinking and bratwurst, because i am part of the fire department now we went early in the after noon to finish the final set up even though there was already a HUGE pile of wood.. more was added. and the night was a major success.

Sunday was more relaxing until we went to a friend in Natendorf's house for a small gathering with drinks because him and his wife just had a baby... however.. the drinks kept on coming and after some odd (tasty) high percentage of alcohol shot.. Brenna was gone! (white girl wasted if you will) to sum it all up... my host parents are loving making fun of me..

and well Monday was a complete right off with me not being able to stand vertical until about 2 in the after noon... i also missed a family dinner due to this massive hangover.

and  for this week things will go back to normal with the children going back to school and my school starting back up again now that Easter Holidays are over.
